Beyond the decks, DJ Adek is an established entrepreneur and tastemaker with a deep understanding of music, culture and live entertainment. With over 10 years of experience in events, he is the creator of multiple successful nightlife brands hosting events across multiple cities throughout the UK.

Adek is also the founder of the freestyle platform Bars On Lock, which generated millions of views on YouTube and secured sponsorship from global fashion brand BoohooMAN. His industry credibility was further recognised when he was selected by the BBC as a talent scout for the TV series The Rap Game.
